Welcome to the Hebron Advisory Business Referral Portal (the “Portal”). By applying for membership, accessing, or using our B2B referral network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Membership to the Portal is strictly limited to verified businesses approved by Hebron Advisory. We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke membership at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
The purpose of this Portal is to exchange high-quality, legitimate business referrals among trusted network members. By using the Portal, you agree that:
You will not submit fake, fraudulent, or purchased leads.
You will not spam other members or misuse their contact information outside the scope of a direct referral.
You will promptly and honestly update the status of referrals you receive to maintain the integrity of our Ranking Score system.
You will not attempt to artificially inflate your Ranking Score through collusion or false reporting.
By registering for an account, you consent to receive essential electronic communications from us. These “transactional” emails include account approval notices, password resets, and alerts when you receive a new business referral. Because these notifications are critical to the operation of the referral network, you may not opt out of these emails while your account remains active.
By submitting a referral through the Portal, you explicitly warrant and confirm that you have obtained the necessary, lawful consent from the referred party (the lead) to share their personal contact information with the receiving business. You agree to adhere to all applicable data protection laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), regarding the transmission of personal data.
Hebron Advisory acts solely as a technological facilitator for introductions between independent businesses. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, outcome, or financial success of any referral made through the Portal. Hebron Advisory shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, unpaid invoices, or lost revenue arising from interactions, services, or contracts formed between Portal members.
All content, design, and software associated with the Portal are the intellectual property of Hebron Advisory. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Portal.
Any violation of these Terms, including the submission of poor-quality leads, abuse of the messaging system, or breach of data privacy, may result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Portal, forfeiture of your Ranking Score, and deletion of your business profile.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
